Addaya has a space measuring approximately 330 m2 distributed on three stories, two of them for exhibitions: the ground and first floors. The ground floor is used for temporary exhibitions, and the first floor for the permanent art collection, whose works are in constant rotation. The second floor is used for storage, and it also houses the studio-workshop, which along with the adjacent flat is offered to international and Spanish creators who wish to enjoy the facilities and spend some time on the island.
